Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking an Afternoon Hours Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Gilbert, AZ. The role involves delivering ABA interventions in home settings, collecting data, and coordinating with program staff to maintain consistency and high-quality care.

Positions include part-time and full-time options with a supportive team, comprehensive supervision, and a competitive hourly pay rate of $20-$28. In-person work location is specified.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Follow instructions and ask questions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
