Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Thatcher, AZ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for afternoon shifts. Pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour with both part-time and full-time openings, primarily delivering in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions, collecting data, and coordinating with supervisors to maintain program consistency. RBT certification is required; a valid driver’s license and prior autism experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.
