Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to support in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Mesa, Arizona.

The role offers part-time and full-time positions, pay $20-$28 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits, with a focus on collaboration with supervisors and families to deliver high-quality care. Earn PTO, even as a part-timer, and enjoy a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
