Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in Goodyear with afternoon hours. The position offers part-time and full-time options, paying $18-$28 per hour based on experience and schedule.

You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency. A BACB RBT certification and reliable transportation are required; weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
