Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Surprise, AZ team for afternoon hours.

You will provide ABA interventions in home settings, collect and analyze data, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency and high-quality therapy for children with Autism ages 1-21. This role offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities and a supportive supervision structure.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Must communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) AFTERNOON HOURS

Pay: $20-$28 per hour

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21.
