Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA
• Provide direct one-on-one and classroom-based therapy
• Support students in engaging appropriately and participating in classroom activities
• Collect, track, and maintain accurate data on student progress
• Communicate effectively with teachers, BCBAs, and team members regarding progress and treatment plans
• Maintain timely and detailed documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
