The RBT will provide direct behavioral and instructional support to students by implementing evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position supports students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success through the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), behaviorally based instructional strategies, and positive behavior supports. The RBT collects and maintains accurate behavioral and academic data, assists with student assessments, monitors treatment fidelity, and collaborates with educators and clinical staff to ensure consistent implementation of interventions. • Run preference assessments and assist the BCBA with behavioral and skill assessments.
  • Complete treatment fidelity checklists to ensure consistent, high integrity interventions.
  • Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, and paraeducators for effective behavioral support.
  • Model interventions and assist with classroom staff training.
