Job summary

Applied ABC is a leading provider of behavioral health services delivering in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. A compassionate RBT works under a BCBA, implementing BIPs and delivering one-on-one or classroom sessions to support student engagement and progress.

Role includes data collection, collaboration with teachers and BCBAs, and meticulous documentation. The position is part-time, 20 hours weekly, with $26–$28 per hour in a contract arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
• RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an educational setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
• Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
