Job summary

Applied ABC, a leading provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

This part-time, in-home/in-community role offers 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday 10 AM to 2 PM, with compensation of $26-$28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
• RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an educational setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
• Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.
• Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
