Sunray ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Lafayette, CO team. You will work under a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD or developmental conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to support progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.
