Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work in clients' homes around Brielle, NJ. You will deliver ABA services under supervision, following individualized behavior plans and maintaining progress notes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a sign-on bonus of $100 and onboarding bonus of $250, plus potential for growth and supervision by experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• RBT credential with active BACB status.
• Reliable transportation to homes in New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Passion for ABA and empathy in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services in client homes in Brielle, NJ.
• Maintain client progress notes and collaborate with supervising BCBAs.
• Adhere to behavior intervention plans and ethical guidelines.
