Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes across New Jersey, including the Blackwood area.

Earn between $25 and $30 per hour with biweekly pay, plus a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus. We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, and supportive supervision from experienced BCBAs to help you grow as an ABA professional.
