Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA in the Rockaway area is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support learners in home settings. RBTs provide behavior-analytic services under supervision to help clients reach goals.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, competitive pay between $25-$30 per hour, biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, and health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff after 30 days.
