Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA services in the Camden area. You’ll work directly with learners and caregivers to implement data-driven interventions and support skill development.

We offer a quick interview/onboarding process, competitive pay of $25–$32 per hour, flexible scheduling, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff after 30 days, plus a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

• Reliable transportation to client homes in New Jersey.
