Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in client homes in the Jersey City area. The role emphasizes compassionate ABA support and direct work with learners, caregivers, and the supervision team.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, plus competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour with biweekly pay. Flexible scheduling and strong employee support are emphasized to help you balance commitments while delivering high-quality ABA

• RBT credential with active BACB status.
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with learners.
