Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA services in the Keyport area of New Jersey. We offer a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, with competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour and flexible scheduling.

Full-time employees receive health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, plus a 401(k) after 3 months and ongoing supervision by BCBAs. We support continued education credits and career growth within our team.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB.
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners.
• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA services to learners in the New Jersey area.
• Collaborate with parents and supervision team to implement individualized ABA plans.
