Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in client homes in Brielle, NJ. You will deliver ABA services under supervision, support families, and help learners grow with empathy and consistency.

We offer a fast interview process, competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour with biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time staff after 30 days including health, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB.
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide RBT services in clients' homes in Brielle, NJ.
• Support learners, families, and supervision team with ABA strategies.
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards and Happy Hearts ABA policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
