Job summary

Supportive Care ABA LLC in Parsons, KS is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to children in home and community settings. You will help build communication and life skills while collaborating with BCBA supervision.

The role offers a hourly wage of $22-$28 and a $200 sign-on bonus, with benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and flexible scheduling. RBT certification is preferred and we’ll assist you in obtaining it.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified)
• Passion for working with children
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Assist with behavior management strategies
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
