Job summary

Supportive Care ABA LLC is hiring caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. This 1:1 role delivers services in the child’s home, under the supervision of a BCBA, with a focus on communication, play, and life skills.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, paid training, and ongoing supervision. You’ll track progress with session notes, collaborate with families, and have opportunities for professional growth in a supportive

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; we will support path to BCBA certification.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children.
• Track progress with session data and notes.

What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.

You will: Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans Track progress through accurate session data and notes Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

What We’re Looking For

Active RBT certification - already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification Passion for working with children and helping others grow 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

Schedule & Hours Part-time and full-time RBT positions available Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed) 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
