Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. Positions offer flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time opportunities and pay hourly between $18 and $28, depending on experience and qualifications.

You'll work under supervision, collect data, implement ABA interventions in natural environments, and coordinate with the care team to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
