Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking certified RBTs for in-home sessions in the Alexandria area. You’ll work with a BCBA-assigned client, with schedules built around families’ weeks, typically after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay ranges from $22–$23/hour for direct therapy plus $10/hour for training/meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you. The team offers supervision and growth opportunities.

Every family we serve has a dedicated care manager, a BCBA is assigned before you start, and schedules are built around the family's real week. We match you with clients whose schedules fit yours – mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay: $22–$23/hour for direct therapy; $10/hour for training and required meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you.

What you'll do
