Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs for in-home sessions in the Kapolei area. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy with a BCBA assigned before you start, and schedules are built around each family’s real week, mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay is $30/hour for direct therapy and $16/hour for training/meetings. This part-time, flexible role includes supervision and a Capella University tuition partnership to support your growth toward a BCBA.
