Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Des Moines area. Every family gets a dedicated care manager and a BCBA is assigned before you start; schedules are built around the family's real week, with after-school afternoons and early evenings preferred.

Pay is $21–$23 per hour for direct therapy, plus $10 per hour for training and meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, and in-home sessions near you.
