Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs for in-home ABA therapy in the Richmond area. You will work with clients under a BCBA, with schedules built around the family's real week and most sessions in the after-school/early evening window.

Pay is $22–$23/hour for direct therapy and $10/hour for training and meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you, with supervision and BCBA support.

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for weekday afternoon/evening sessions.
• RBT certification required.

Every family we serve has a dedicated care manager, a BCBA is assigned before you start, and schedules are built around the family's real week. We match you with clients whose schedules fit yours – mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.
