Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home services in the Fredericksburg area. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, follow a BCBA-designed treatment plan, and build schedules around clients’ real weeks.

You will receive ongoing supervision, data collection duties, and opportunities for professional growth, including supervision toward your BCBA and a tuition partnership, with flexible, part-time hours.

Qualifications

Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – in-home ABA, Fredericksburg area

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs across the Fredericksburg area. Every family we serve has a dedicated care manager, a BCBA is assigned before you start, and schedules are built around the family's real week. We match you with clients whose schedules fit yours – mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay: $22–$23/hour for direct therapy; $10/hour for training and required meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you.
