Step Ahead ABA is seeking registered behavior technicians to provide in‑home ABA therapy for Greensboro families. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, with scheduling aligned to each family’s real week and supervised by a BCBA.

Earn $23/hour for direct therapy and $10/hour for training/meetings. Part‑time, flexible hours with after‑school afternoon/early evening sessions. RBT certification required; capable of reliable transportation and weekday availability.

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs across the Greensboro area. Every family we serve has a dedicated care manager, a BCBA is assigned before you start, and schedules are built around the family's real week. We match you with clients whose schedules fit yours – mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay: $23/hour for direct therapy; $10/hour for training and required meetings. Part‑time, flexible hours, in‑home sessions near you.

What you'll do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following a treatment plan written by your BCBA
• Collect session data and submit notes
• Get supportive supervision and real feedback – not just a signature
