Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs across the Omaha area. Every family we serve has a dedicated care manager, a BCBA is assigned before you start, and schedules are built around the family's real week. We match you with clients whose schedules fit yours – mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay: $22–$23/hour for direct therapy; $16/hour for training and required meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you.
