Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum in a play-based setting. You don\'t need years of ABA experience; we value a good heart, willingness to learn, and the ability to build real relationships with children.

The role offers part-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to advance as you train to become an RBT.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
