Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism, delivering structured sessions and tracking progress on behavior plans. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced BCBAs to create meaningful, life-changing care plans for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; childcare/education experience a plus.
• Willingness to perform in-home visits.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
