Spectrum of Hope is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support home-based ABA for children with autism. You will run one-on-one sessions, implement structured therapy plans, and track progress to drive meaningful outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
