Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children in home-based ABA programs. You’ll deliver structured therapy sessions, support communication and play, and help each child thrive in a caring, supportive environment.

Join a team that values growth, ongoing learning, and meaningful impact for families and clients alike. Training and supervision from BCBAs are provided in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience caring for children, including those with special needs, is preferred.
• Must be reliable, flexible and able to engage with kids at their level.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans.
• Encourage communication, play, and skill development.
• Track progress and use data to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with experienced BCBAs to develop care plans.

• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who've got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
