Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide center-based ABA therapy and in-home sessions as needed. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, delivering structured sessions and receiving paid RBT training to advance your certification.

We offer a supportive environment where you grow professionally, with data-driven progress tracking and collaboration with experienced BCBAs to craft meaningful care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification preferred; training paid.
• Experience with children with autism is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• You care about people -plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
