Job summary

Spectrum of Hope in Arkansas is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in a center-based ABA setting.

You’ll implement structured therapy sessions, track progress with data, and collaborate with experienced BCBAs. Training and certification are provided, with pay during training.

If you’re reliable, flexible, and enjoy helping kids learn to communicate and thrive, this role offers growth and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; childcare/education experience bonus.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to train with paid enrollment.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working with kids.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• You care about people-plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
