Job summary

Spectrum of Hope in Houston, TX is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children diagnosed with autism in a center-based ABA setting.

You will conduct one-on-one therapy, implement structured sessions, track progress with data, and collaborate with experienced BCBAs to develop impactful care plans. High school diploma is required; RBT certification is welcomed with paid training. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (you'll get paid training and your certification on us!)
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who've got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

What We're Looking For:

• You care about people -plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
