Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in home-based ABA. You’ll implement structured therapy, support two-way communication, and celebrate progress in children with autism.

Join a team that values growth, empathy, and hands-on play. In-home sessions with afternoon/evening availability offer meaningful, rewarding work with flexible scheduling and strong support from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Caring about people, plain and simple.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play.
• High school diploma required; childcare/education caregiving experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans.
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive.
• Track progress and use data to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop care plans.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
