Job summary

Galliant Burleson clinic is hiring high-energy team members to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. We provide paid RBT training and sponsor the national exam for uncertified hires, with a clear growth path.

Starting Pay & Compensation:

• Certified RBTs: $18.00 – $23.00 / hour
• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Execute individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Provide Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun, clinic-based setting.
• Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
• Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: Experience in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, CNA/DSP roles, retail, customer service, or special education support is a plus, but not required!
• Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Burleson clinic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.
