Job summary

Galliant Trainings in Waxahachie is hiring RBTs for a center-based clinic. Entry and certified candidates are welcome; training and national exam sponsorship are provided within 8 weeks.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday to Friday, with a full benefits package and growth opportunities. Starting pay ranges from $18–$24 per hour depending on certification, with evaluations every 6 months to raise base pay.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Empathy and patient-centered approach with children.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care and implement behavior plans.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individualized behavior plans to support functional communication, social skills, and daily living activities for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).




• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Practice neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a high-energy clinic setting.




• Track Session Data & Collaborate: Use a clinic tablet to log real-time data and objective progress notes while working alongside speech, occupational, and clinical leads.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!




• Mindset: High empathy, strong communication skills, and a true passion for supporting neurodivergent children.




• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Waxahachie clinic.




• Physical Stamina: Active and agile—able to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, run, and transition quickly to safely engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.
