Job summary

Our Child Therapy in North Carolina seeks a passionate Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and educate parents in a supportive team environment.

The position is part-time, in-person in Lenoir, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. CPR/First Aid certification preferred; prior autism experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children and strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided).

• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans

Job Description:We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Salary:$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - 1:30pm-6:30pm Tuesday-Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm
