Our Child Therapy in Virginia is seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to work with children and families in client homes in Suffolk. You will implement ABA services, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children and strong people skills required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with children and families.
• Collaborate with BCBA and Clinical Director.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports.
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans.
• Educate parents on classroom support techniques.
• Ensure safety and quality care for clients.
• Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources.
• Maintain training materials and supplies.
• Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources.

Job Description:

We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Job Type:Part-Time (20-25 Hours)
Salary:$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 1:30pm-7:00pm & Tuesday, Thursday- 1:00pm-6:00pm

Work Location:In-Person / Client Home - Suffolk, VA
