Our Child Therapy in Spruce Pine, NC is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services with children and families. You'll implement behavior-based treatment plans, collect data, and educate parents in a supportive team.

This part-time role (15–20 hours weekly) offers a schedule Monday through Thursday, 2:00 pm–5:30 pm, in-person at client homes or daycare. Reliable transportation and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid are appreciated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children and strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with children.
• Collaborate with BCBA and Clinical Director.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports.
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans.
• Educate parents on classroom support techniques.
• Ensure safety and quality care for clients.

We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
