Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and require a patient, compassionate team player who can lift up to 50 pounds and obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if not in last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT Certification after onboarding.
