Job summary

Spectrum of Hope in Magnolia, AR is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in a center-based ABA setting. You’ll implement structured therapy sessions, track progress, and grow professionally as you gain RBT training and certification.

• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who's got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

What We're Looking For:

• You care about people-plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
