Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support center-based ABA for children with autism. You will deliver structured therapies, help children communicate and engage, and track progress with data-driven decisions.

We offer paid RBT training and certification, a supportive team, and real opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bonus points for childcare, education, or caregiving experience.
• RBT certification preferred; company will train and pay you while you learn.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable engaging with children on the floor.

Registered Behavior Technician | Center-Based ABA

$16 - $21 an hour

What You'll Actually Do

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism

• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who've got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

What We're Looking For

• You care about people-plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
