Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children at home-based ABA sessions in the Mansfield, TX area. The role offers an afternoon/evening schedule and paid RBT training and certification. You will implement structured therapy, track progress, and adapt plans under the guidance of experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma required; training provided for RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans with paid training and certification.
• Cheer clients as they learn to communicate, play and thrive.
• Track progress and use data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans.

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism

• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who've got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

What We're Looking For:

• You care about people-plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
