Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in our center-based ABA program. You will implement structured therapy sessions and receive paid training toward your RBT certification.

We value caring, reliability, and flexibility; if you’re new to the field we’ll train you and pay you while you learn, with opportunities to grow into BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification preferred; will train and pay you.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to engage children on the floor.
• Experience in childcare, education, or caregiving is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (training and certification provided).
• Cheer children as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive.
• Track progress and use data-driven decisions.
