Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools across Tennessee, under BCBA supervision. Flexible schedules, full- and part-time options, and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
