Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings. Earn competitive hourly pay and participate in a supportive program that emphasizes growth, training, and hands-on client progress.

The RBT will deliver individualized ABA therapy, follow BCBA-developed plans, and document client progress while traveling to client sites across Jackson and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and active BACB registration.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required.
• Provide services in-person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.
