Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work in the Woodbridge/Dumfries area with children one on one who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as similar developmental delays or behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities include helping children work on social and communication skills, documenting progress, and following behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
