Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in Arlington to work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental or behavioral health challenges.

The role involves helping children improve social and communication skills, documenting progress, and implementing ABA plans under Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Competitive pay, benefits, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or related fields OR at least one year of relevant experience with children.
