Maxim Healthcare Services in Stone Ridge, VA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental or behavioral health challenges.

You will help children build social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The position offers competitive pay between $25 and $30 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or 1 year experience with children in relevant roles required.
